Care may include nutrition guidance, botanical medicine, lifestyle strategies, and supportive integrative therapies. Appointments are personalized, collaborative, and designed to help you understand your options clearly.

  • Integrative care means looking at nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and physiology together rather than addressing symptoms in isolation. Visits focus on identifying patterns and contributing factors and creating realistic, individualized recommendations that support long-term health.
