Who we are

We are an integrative naturopathic practice focused on understanding how different parts of your health connect and influence one another.

At our clinic, visits typically include:

  • A comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns

  • Discussion of nutrition, supplements, botanicals, and daily habits that may be impacting your health

  • Identification of patterns and root contributors rather than focusing on symptoms alone

  • Clear, individualized recommendations you can realistically follow

Care is collaborative and educational, with time built in for questions and discussion. Patients leave with a clear plan and an understanding of the “why” behind each recommendation.

Care is provided by a Colorado-licensed naturopathic doctor with advanced doctoral training, located within Denver Collaborative Health.

Our Services

A person practicing yoga outdoors on a wooden platform at sunrise or sunset, with palm trees and mountains in the background.
  • These visits focus on understanding your full health picture, not just isolated symptoms. Appointments include a detailed review of your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns, with time for questions and discussion. You’ll leave with a clear plan and next steps tailored to your goals.

  • Nutrition and supplement recommendations are personalized based on your health history, dietary patterns, and lifestyle. Guidance focuses on realistic, sustainable changes rather than restrictive plans. Supplements are recommended thoughtfully and only when appropriate.

  • Herbal and botanical medicine uses plant-based options as part of a broader, individualized care plan. Recommendations are evidence-informed and selected with attention to safety, interactions, and your specific health needs. This approach may complement other therapies or lifestyle strategies.

  • This service addresses how stress, sleep, and daily demands affect overall health. Care may include lifestyle strategies, relaxation techniques, and nervous system support tailored to your situation. The goal is to help restore balance and improve resilience over time.

  • Hands-on supportive therapies are non-invasive treatments provided in the clinic to support circulation, muscle tension, and relaxation. These may include acupressure (no needles), gentle bodywork, cupping-inspired techniques, craniosacral-informed approaches, or kinesiology taping. Therapies are selected based on individual needs and comfort.

These services are supportive in nature and are not massage therapy or acupuncture.

  • Light and sensory therapies use gentle, supportive modalities to promote relaxation and tissue support. Options may include low-level light therapy, aromatherapy, or therapeutic sound and music. These therapies are often used alongside other treatments as part of a comprehensive care plan.
